We require 48 hours notice of cancellation. If we are not given this notice there will be a charge of 50% of the service fee.

Travel/pickup is free within a 3 mile radius of LE2 8ND (Aylestone) or LE7 9HG (Houghton on the Hill). After this, travel is charged at 50p per mile e.g. 5 miles from either postcode would mean an extra £1 per visit travel fee.
